The Future of Nail Polishes – Worlée shows new WorléeAqua Nail Products at in-cosmetics 2016

A new way to create solvent-free nail polishes: Worlée has developed four ready to use products with outstanding characteristics.

For some time now there is a growing concern of consumers to solvent-based nail polishes and an increased demand for toxicologically harmless ingredients at the cosmetic market. WorléeAqua Nail is the response to these demands of modern consumers. Worlée will present its finished nail polish bases at this year’s in-cosmetics (booth C60).

The German company has developed four solvent-free products that will give formulators the chance to create a broad range of innovative and highly effective nail polishes. The WorléeAqua Nail series consist of a new generation of long lasting and durable polymers combined with additives and plasticizers. These systems can be used directly or even modified and are equivalent to the performance of solvent-based nail varnishes. It is an easy and convenient way to create nail polishes with outstanding characteristics such as fast drying time, high gloss, good adhesion and durability. All nail polish bases are formulated without nitrocellulose, solvent, formaldehyde resin, camphor and preservatives.

With WorléeAqua Nail 100 and 200, Worlée offers two nail polish bases that work without the need for any other product. With their respective varying compositions, they provide differing levels of hardness development and flexibility for nail polishes and make it possible to develop specific formulas that address the needs of consumers. Further, a base coat has been developed as an undercoating for optimal nail adhesion, while the top coat provides an upper layer featuring outstanding hardness and shine.

Along with its nail polish products, Worlée will show its new WorléeAloe range at this year’s in-cosmetics. With various forms ranging from high polysaccharide powders to liquid concentrates, this new aloe vera products offer numerous new possibilities for finished products.
