Worlée takes over the alkyd resin business of Novance
The preparations are in full swing, because soon products from the French company Novance will be produced at Worlée.
In May 2014 Worlée-Chemie GmbH has concluded the contract with Oléon NV about the take-over of the solvent based and water based alkyd resin product range of Novance. Besides short, medium and long oil solvent based resins as well as thixotropic resins, Worlée has won two new technologies with insulating resins (Ecomat) and alkyd emulsions manufactured with renewable raw materials (VG Tech). Novance is specialized in environmentally friendly products for the chemical sector since a long time. So the contract offers Worlée the opportunity to gain in this important area and sell the new products worldwide.
