Yaso products selected for SIAL Canada Innovation 2014

Fitorex causes a stir in the food industry with its Yaso soy products for some time now. The Hungarian company managed to gain the nutrient values of its soybeans– thanks to a patented germination process, which is interrupted at the point where the nutrient values reach their peak. Now the jury of the SIAL Innovation noticed the high potential of soybeans from Fitorex an selected the special sprouted soybeans and the gluten free Fitness Cracker line for SIAL CANADA INNOVATION 2014.
