Working together for the raw materials market of tomorrow

As Worlée-Chemie and Vencorex celebrated the 20th anniversary of their durable relationship, let’s have a look on their joint history.

Since 1995, Worlée-Chemie GmbH and Vencorex have worked together to create a success story that is rather exceptional to underline it. As a distributor, Worlée supplies customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with Vencorex’ aliphatic polyisocyanates from Easaqua™ and Tolonate™ products ranges as well as the monomers HDI and IPDI. Easaqua™ and Tolonate™ are mainly used for top-quality 2K paint systems, leather coatings, adhesives and floor coatings and in many other applications.

The cooperation between Worlée and Vencorex goes far beyond mere distribution. The early years of the 21st century saw the development of the self-emulsifying isocyanate of the Easaqua™ series (at the time called Rhodocoat™). During this process, the Vencorex French R&D team worked together with Worlée’s application technicians to evaluate different types of products. This joint effort enabled both companies to benefit from their respective industry experience and to provide the market with tailor-made solutions for the production of waterborne high-performance PU coatings.

Today, customers’ specific requirements remain the highest priority. Worlée’s technical application laboratories regularly compile individual formulation guidelines based on Easaqua™ and Tolonate™ products ranges. In this way, Vencorex and Worlée can successfully support their customers in the development of innovative and effective formulations. Both companies intend to continue along this path for the next 20 years as well.
