On 17 January, a very special chapter came to an end - and a new one opened at the same time: The closing event of our major management development programme!
Two years of learning, growth and dialogue lie behind us. During this time, we not only developed new approaches and strategies together, but also experienced how leadership can be rethought and practised in a very concrete way.
At the event, we took an inspiring look back at this journey - and heard the many positive stories of how what we have learnt has already been put into practice.
One highlight was the look ahead: how we can continue to shape leadership and contribute to a strong, sustainable company. Because we know that our development as a company always depends on the development of our leadership culture.
The centrepiece of the event was the exchange - full of energy, ideas and appreciation. We have captured all of this in a short film that summarises the special moments.
