Corona crisis: Measures of Worlée NaturProdukte GmbH

Information to our business partners about measures and precautions taken by Worlée NaturProdukte GmbH with regard to the current coronavirus situation.

The current corona crisis is leaving serious marks across all sectors. The effects are also presenting Worlée NaturProdukte with enormous challenges.
In order to protect our employees and to maintain operations with certain restrictions, we have taken comprehensive measures and precautions with regard to the current corona virus situation for the coming weeks.

Many employees work from home, as far as their area of activity allows. Other employees who cannot use mobile working due to their job, e.g. in production, warehousing or logistics, are deployed on a rotation principle, separated as far as possible or requested to maintain a minimum distance in order to reduce the risk of infection and to interrupt possible chains of infection.

In addition to the safety of our employees, our primary goal is to comply with the requirements of the German government and to support it with our extensive commitment to continue to contain the growing number of coronavirus diseases and reduce the great burden on the health care system. If additional requirements are imposed by the German government, we will adjust our measures accordingly.

Even if the food industry, as a systemically important sector, can currently continue to fulfill its social mission in the crisis, it remains to be seen how the corona crisis will continue to impact global supply chains and our company. Thanks to the measures that have been defined, Worlée NaturProdukte is currently able to secure the flow of goods to the extent necessary. To ensure business continuity, we are consistently and continuously reviewing the effects of the corona crisis on our supply chains and the availability of our materials and raw materials. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that longer delivery times may occur if global freight traffic is partially curbed or even interrupted. If this should occur, we ask our customers for their understanding and patience in advance. Of course we will keep you informed about all developments.

"We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and at the same time ask them to check their inventories and plan ahead so that we can determine their requirements at an early stage and, as far as possible, cover them accordingly", says Sebastian Reifke, Managing Director of Worlée NaturProdukte. "Only together can this crisis be overcome. That is why we are building on fair and cooperative solutions with our long-standing customers and suppliers".
