This is a special moment for our family business, now in its sixth generation: Johanna von Eben-Worlée officially joined the management team at E.H. Worlée & Co. (GmbH & Co.) KG on January 1, 2026. Her father and managing partner, Reinhold von Eben-Worlée, and managing director Heike Maier warmly welcome Johanna to her new role as part of the Worlée Group's management team.
Johanna is no stranger to the company. For over six years, she has been actively involved in shaping Worlée's development, particularly in the areas of digitalization, organizational development, and corporate culture. Her move to the management board is the result of conscious, joint preparation and intensive discussion of the topic of succession.
Johanna and Reinhold von Eben-Worlée also share these experiences at events—openly, practically, and with a clear focus on sustainable corporate management.
In addition to marketing and corporate communications, Johanna is now also responsible for human resources at the family-owned company.
